    Applicants can apply when Career Doosan (Career.Doosan.com) advertises a position for new employees.

    1) DBS (Doosan Biodata Survey): A survey questionnaire consisting of 140 questions, conducted by Doosan to check the suitability of the job applicant.
  • DCAT

    A personality test and a basic aptitude test are conducted to determine whether an applicant has the capability to perform a task successfully.
  • First Interview

    An interview is conducted by the practical business team to evaluate the overall capability of the applicant and to determine whether the applicant can perform a task successfully.

    SI (Structured Interview): A structured interview to verify an applicant's competence as a Doosan employee.DISE interview: An interview in which a PT and a Q&A are conducted after reading a virtual business case.Job suitability interview: An interview designed to evaluate the applicant's capability to perform a task after joining Doosan.
