Dubbed the biggest exhibition on earth, BAUMA is a construction equipment exhibition held every three years.
Doosan Infracore demonstrated construction equipment remote control technology based on 5G communication to European markets together with LG Uplus during the exhibition. We successfully remote-controlled an excavator in Incheon, Korea, which is about 8,500km away from the “5G remote control station (control center)” at the exhibition site in Munich, Germany.
We also introduced the “3D machine guidance” solution that precisely measures the width and depth of the worksite in three dimensions using the sensors attached to the excavator, including “Doosan CONNECT,” a telematics service that remotely monitors construction equipment based on ICT, and integrated service program DoosanCARE.
Held every three years in Las Vegas, US, Conexpo has become one of the world's three largest construction equipment exhibitions along with Bauma (Germany) and Intermat (France).
Doosan Infracore participated in the Conexpo in March 2017 together with Doosan Bobcat and selected "Strong, Tough, Powerful” as the exhibition theme of three brands (Doosan, Bobcat, and Portable Power)” to increase brand and product awareness.
We also demonstrated 9 models of 14 ~ 50-ton excavators, 5 models of wheel loaders, and articulated dump truck (ADT) at the 3800㎡ booth as well as 21 Bobcat loader models including the skid steer loader (SSL) and compact track loader (CTL), 11 mini-excavator models, utility equipment, and Telehandler and attachments.
It is an international construction equipment exhibition held on the outskirts of Paris, France and is one of the three major construction equipment exhibitions in the world.
Doosan Infracore participated in Intermat 2018 held in Nord Villepinte, Paris, France in April 2018 and introduced 50 products including a full lineup of construction equipment, engines, and Portable Power. We also held commemorative events during the exhibition period including excavator auction and contribution, initial model exhibition, and cake cutting to celebrate the milestone of producing the 400,000th unit of Doosan Infracore construction equipment and the 60th anniversary of Doosan Bobcat's first compact loader release.
The Middle East Electricity Exhibition (MEE) is the world's largest electrical energy exhibition held in the Middle East every year since 1975.
Doosan Infracore participated in MEE in March 2019 and introduced the seven full lineups of generator engines and post-processing parts (toxic substance reduction device). In particular, we unveiled the mass production model of the DX22 engine for the first time after releasing its prototype last year. DX22 is a large, 22-liter electronic engine and a high-performance, eco-friendly product that delivers 20% more power than the existing same-class mechanical engine (DV22).
We held 'Doosan Partner's Day' by inviting more than 80 global customers on the first day of the exhibition (5th day of the month) and promoted cordial relations by sharing the performance of the engine business last year, major new products, and improved service system.
